Hi!
my husband just switched to PM and his texts aren’t going through…. He can make calls and the internet is working…. But no texts are being delivered or received
he can’t login to his PM account because of the verification sent via text message (he’s not getting texts) so he is unable to submit a ticket to customer service
help!

important check is if he can or cannot receive inbound calls.
if he cannot, then It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS on Android and iMessages and FaceTime and such. There is no ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

We are aware that some of you are currently unable to successfully use iMessage and or FaceTime features, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our teams are working diligently to find the cause.
In the meantime, please try troubleshoot steps:
Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
