Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Got a certified phone, arrived unable to charge.  Cannot submit a ticket - when you click a button, it unclicks other already selected buttons.  Cannot private message, that page isn't working either.  Tried in 3 browsers.

 

Why can you not get help?  So frustrating!  How can that much stuff not work?

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode,

and go to your  Preferences - My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)

Turn on private messages
Receive email notifications for new private messages
check on both
and press save. and go to my post above to resending.

 

@computergeek541- help yourself to archiving/removing/deleting this and my other reply if you wish and do whatever you want with your above reply.

if you don't mind, start a private message to me and see if it works

If it shows any error, take a screenshot and post it here/

Unfortunately, those are the only ways to contact customer service. Please check your Community setting to ensure that private messagjng hasn't been accidently disabled.
