I have had this sim card for a few years, and all of a sudden I have no service and it says no sim. I have done a system reset and restarted the phone. PLEASE HELP!!!

That is somewhat good news then.  Worried about the SiM swap fraud. 

Did you recently purchase your original phone second hand?  You might have a blacklisted phone.

hi @Mommabear45  you tired your sim card and phone in different places?

try your sim card in another phone.  and better, try another active sim card in this phone

if another card on his phone and you have the same No SIM problem with this sim on another phone, then it is really the sim card, you need need to get a replacement PM sim from Telus or Koodo store, then login My Account to update the sim card number

Do you have access to your self service account?  Check your SIM card number in your account versus the physical SIM card in your phone.  

Just want to make sure that you weren't SIM swapped.

@Mommabear45  Can you try the SIM card in another phone to test ? And you certain your account is active and not suspended
