Hello,

            I never received my sim card in the mail. How can I get help? The chatbot is not help. Thank you

It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. When I go to the  chat board it keeps sending me in circles. I can not fill out the form . It keeps logging me out everytime.

SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail. If you haven't received it by then, please do use the chatbot and enter the words... Customer Service.

It may take 3-4 weeks to receive your SIM, you may check with support is it longer than 2 weeks
