I am 5 weeks with no sim card. When I sign in it just keeps telling me to sign in. The bot does not help at all. I don't even know how to remove my card Info. Please help
I am trying to get help but I don't seem to be. I can't submit a ticket and it keeps send8ng me back and forth. I've been 5 weeks and still have no sim card. Please help
It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. When I go to the chat board it keeps sending me in circles. I can not fill out the form . It keeps logging me out everytime.
