@HWMHK The porting text messages has to come from the previous provider so you will need to ask a Public Mobile agent to re-start the process. Send a private message here

They will reply at your envelope icon top right or click on your avatar if there is no envelope and select messages.
I'm not sure what would happen about the deleted e-sim from the other provider because you still need it to reply to a text message from them, but CS Agent will advise.

Please resend the porting text message, I happen to accidentally delete the previous provider's e-sim after activating public mobile's e-sim. However I did not receive the porting text message.
So now I am only available to send out texts and make outgoing calls. But I cannot receive texts or receive in coming calls
