No signal after activation

I've activated my number but I don't have any signal and cannot receive the code to my number for the final step of activation.

I've tried restarting, airplane mode, changing settings etc. My partner has activated a number at the same time on their phone which works, we have swapped sims and have determined the issue is with my Sim / number, not the phone as their Sim works in my phone.

 

I messaged support with no response yet, the chat ai is useless.

 

Where to go now?
