I have eSIM came from other provider said yes to transfer , then I have nothing my primary is sos and my secondary is public mobile, which does nothing for me as I have no data , no service and no sms . I’m stuck with nobody to talk to to resolve my problem, this is the second thing today that makes me not want to have public as my provider, but I can t change if I wanted to as I can’t respond to a request to transfer as I have no service I need help now!!!

Ahem; you posted your question...then less than 15 mins later you got a solution that fixed your issue. Less than 15 mins !!!!
I'm confused on your comment @hairbag1 . The solution I gave worked. The customer now has service but isn't happy there is nobody to call (guess they didn't realize PM is self serve), and now that they have service, they want to port out to a service provider that has a number to call and a person to speak with. That is how I read it. How'd you read it?

make sure you removed your old provider sim card (or disable if that is an esim)
Then check if PM sim is enabled. Also make sure its label is changed to Primary. Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings. Test again
if issue persists, ask PM to reprovision the account.

Hello @Ooogie
If your primary eSIM (your other service provider) is now SOS, you can delete that eSIM. Make sure Public Mobile is now set to primary. Then, go into your settings, find Network Settings and clear them. Then reboot your phone and you should be connected to Public Mobile. If that doesn't 100% work, after you've tried that, you can go into Airplane mode for 10 minutes, then turn off phone for 5 and then turn back on, turn off airplane mode and for sure you should be connected.
