I’m in the us. Paid extra for addon roaming text and data and now I don’t have any service of any kind.

@Sosaldanha - Is this your first Roaming Addon you purchased or your 2nd after the 1st one expired?
Buying back to back of the same type of roaming addon before the full 360 hours (15 days) + 12-24 hours after (this is the silly part) is what needs to be done.
If you are in this boat, you may need CSA to help you sort that out.

Or, try buying a different type/bucket of Roaming addon to get your service up and running, then connect with CSA after to adjust anything on your account if needed.

@Sosaldanha , make sure that roaming data setting is turned on.

@sharma0365 PM's 3G plan runs on LTE and 3G. For PM it's just a speed restriction not a network restriction.

Hi @Sosaldanha, are you using 3g plan, if that is the case then you are facing the issue due to 3g network stopped in USA https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/us-roaming

After doing so, did you manually connect to the T-Mobile network then try rebooting your device?
This is done in the device's network/cellular connections.
For calling, you may need to 'force' the device to 2G as there is no longer 3G capability in the USA.
