When I call to pay at *611 , the tell me that I need a account to pay then it hangup on me   I can't pay, what do I do ?

@Vauguste - Is this a brand new (never before used) SIM card?

If so, activate it here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

Hi @Vauguste try to call again to 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your phone number and if it says cannot find your account, them look like your account was suspended for over 90 days and it was closed.  You  will need a new sim card and activate new account

Has the account been suspended for 90 days?  Accounts suspended for 90 days get closed.  If that's not the case, please trying using selfserve.publicmobile.ca to apply the payment.
