Apparently there is no information on my usage when I sign into my account!!!! Currently can't access data on my phone and can't find out why.
Also no history of payments that I have made although I am on autopay and the money keeps getting charged to my credit card!!!!
Lastly, can anyone give me definitive and accurate instructions as to how I get the autopay stopped because I am going to switch to a carrier that can provide service. I have no faith that PM will not continue charging my credit card.

I have no issues viewing useabe, with that being said the app occasionally requires to relogin or be reinstalled.
To be in the safe side, look on the app for "Manage Your Subscription" - Subscription Renewal - Unsubscribe. This will ensure you wont be billed on your next billing cycle regardless of port out status.

The website is finicky. You can try to clear cache first, incognito/privacy mode or a different web browser. Or try different device.
To turn off autopay, you will need to unsubscribe from your subscription. Don't forget that you will need an active PM account to successfully port your number to another mobile company.

Did you try login on the PM app?
It will show your remaining data on the first Subscription page.
If you port your number out to another carrier. Your account will automatically close but your account must be active to port out.
