E-Sim with no use.

I purchased my e-sim on the 15th of may 6 days later I get a message saying I’ve used 100% of my data at first I didn’t pay it no mind but then realized that’s almost impossible. I only have 2 apps on this phone as it is my business phone so where could have all that data been put towards?? So then purchased another 30gb and it was NOT working from Day 1 I called a number I found for public mobile I gave the inefficient AI on the phone all my information just for it to say there is NO 30gb Add-on on my number but there’s clearly a charge on my account. Now I reached out to customer service and they did nothing but be useless her name was Marie too. I refuse to spend $100 for a service that did me no justice at all. Can someone please guide me to who I should be contacting? Or I will just go straight to my bank and have the charge taken back I’m tired of going back and forth with inefficient AI’s that don’t do nothing.

use this link to dm Customer Support...ask to have the issue escalated to senior adviser...

added....while you wait for their help...use the app to log in to your account ..look for Usage Breakdown to see your current plan details. You should see your regular plan data as well as the add-on you bought. 

If that doesn't work; use the laptop but use incognito mode and log in to your account to see Usage Breakdown info.
