That's a strange thing to happen, but alas, that's technology for us. So glad you were able to fix it! 🙂

Apparently it was just me… I shut my phone off and did a reboot and it seems ok now. Not often I have that so was surprising 😳
All is well now! Thanks Everyone!

If no outages have been reported, have you double checked that your account is in good standing? For example, it's not Suspended because your services didn't renew properly (eg. AutoPay failed)?
Also, if you log into My Account, do you still have minutes/data available for you to use? You can try calling 611 to see what it says.
Let us know what's happening... we're curious too. 🙂

Are you receiving a no service message/issue?
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
*try your SIM in another phone and see if service improves
Do you know of others in the area with Public Mobile or other providers experiencing the same issue?
Check for outages in your area: https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages

If you go to TELUS Service Status and then zom into that area, Telus is not reporting any outages.
