This happened to me before as well! Load funds then go back and purchase the add on!

Did you try to reboot your phone? And I believe you know buying add-on is 2 step process.
Few people reported similar issue over last few days.
What your account says? Active?

Also, you were topping up the account because the service was suspended? or you run out of minute or data and you were trying to buy add-on? If you are buying add-on, please note buying add-on is a 2 steps process,
1. load fund
2. actual purchase of the add-on
many people loaded fund and unaware that they need to go back and buy the add-on using the fund they just loaded. Any chance this is the case?
