@Tiffanysaw94  - sounds possibly network related, but some other good things posted to help kickstart your network.

Can you try your SIM into another unlocked, compatible device to see if you have services?

I know you said this happened before, but just to make sure check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Did you check if there is a Telus outage in your area?

Can you log into your account and check the account status and/or call 611 from your phone? If it's active then try some troubleshooting:

  1. Reboot phone.
  2. Toggle airplane mode on/off.
  3. Remove sim card. Wait 10 min. Reinsert and reboot.
  4. Reset network settings.
  5. Switch from autoconnect 4G LTE/3G/2G to 3G only.

Test after each tip and report back if anything worked. What fixed your phone last time?

Is this a matter of you not having signal?  Occasionally, with intermitent network issues, a simple reboot of the device can speed up the process to get service working again.  Have you tried that?
