Hello,
I am unable to to make or receive phone calls and have no internet. I turn off and on my cellular plan, and restarted my phone. Same issue.
Any suggestions how to fix the problem?

log in to your account to see if your account is still active or suspended.
It could also be a localized network issue in your area. Where are you located ?

Data and text still work even when 3G is shut down… it only affects talk.

Hello.
Please dial 611 on your phone and check the status of your account. Is it paid up?
Also, what phone are you using? Could it be a 3G problem since 3G is being slowly removed from public mobile.
Have you tried a network reset on your phone?
