Hello,
I am unable to to make or receive phone calls and have no internet. I turn off and on my cellular plan, and restarted my phone. Same issue.
Any suggestions how to fix the problem?

Could be a problem after changing payment card.
Click on the orange bubble lower right side of page to start process of contacting Customer Support. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Check if your account is active. login My Account or call 18554PUBLIC and check
Iif active, try Reset Network Settings and sim on another phone

Has been activated for a month. Just changed my credit card and had to update the CC number on my Public Mobile account.
