I've talked to multiple agents. I've reset my network settings. Apparently it's been escalated and now they're closing it because they think it's fixed. Nothing has been done.
No calls or data

and as explained, there is likely a network change in your area recently. That's why it was working with the one network earlier but not now

It should have 2 bands according to kimovil. And it's been working fine with those.

Xiaomi redmi 12 is not a phone fully compatible with PM network. It only has 1 of the 2 required bands for voice call on the 3G network. It has tur 850 but not 1900.
You have been using it without problem likely because your area had bands on 850 earlier but it changed to band 1900
With a phone missing half the required bands, it won't work well and you will see issue like this a lot
You really need to change to a phone compatible with PM Network if you decide to stay here
And in this case , I agree PM CS Agent and technician won't be able to do much as your phone is not fully compatible with the network

Can't make or receive calls. No data. I have a Xiaomi redmi 12 I've been using with no issues.

hi @Rosie123 we are just community members here, and if the issue is not resolved, go back to CS Agent and push them to reopen the ticket
But one thing for your issue, did you try your sim card in another phone?

Unfortunately, only they can fix it for you. Keep pushing them for a permanent fix.
What type of phone fo you have? Are you able to make call? Data? What's the issue?
If you have physical SIM, test in another phone.
