I topped up my account but now I can't use my line. What is Debit Charge?
The payment went through but I later saw that $8 was deducted as Debit Charge, which reduced my prepaid amount on my account. What is Debit Charge?

@Cleanbucks , not sure what debit charge is. If you don't mind, please post the payment history with personal information blanked out and the community can help with interpreting the line items. Alternatively, just go straight to the moderator team and have them sort things out and restore the account to active status.
