eSIM failed to install. I tried multiple times and did via QRcode. But no luck. I raised a service ticket. But where do I find the service ticket in the portal. I do not see it anywhere.

you need to get the issue resolved with PM before you can port it back
so, your best way is to reply agent and get it resolved first. Then decide you want to stay or not

CS_Agent reached out after 4 days to to fix the esim install issue. Now this is the problem. I send multiple message yesterday night.. no response.
One thing I noticed is that the SIM Card Number in public mobile app is xxxxx (19 digits), however the ICCID of eSIM is different in phone yyyyy (19 digits). I am not sure if this is causing the problem. Please help as I am out of network for more than 12 hours now. Or let me know how to port to different provider, is it possible without a network to receive text messages..?

I think there is a delay in response from them as the flash sale with huge discounts was happening recently. I suggest to send a follow up message to them.

Yup. I'm in the same boat, I opened a ticket on Sunday, someone replied on Tuesday and it has been silence since.

I’m a new customer from last week. Took 5 days for support to acknowledge my ticket and send me a reply “My name is Nathaly and I will continue helping you today” now that was Tuesday so I’m thinking I will get a reply on Saturday!

The only way I was able to get a refund was to contact my CC and dispute the charges. Good luck

PM support is ALL on-line. Open a ticket through chatbot and Wait for an agent.
Based on posts in this public forum a lot of (new) customers have some kind of issues. PM does not have unlimited number of on-line agents so first come first served and response might depend on a kind of issue customers have.
Most issues could be resolved here and it looks like eSIM is the biggest nightmare ever invented.

check your Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellluar, maybe it is already installed by PM app
