Subject: Urgent – Incoming Calls and Text Messages Not Working After Porting from Fido

Hello,

I am experiencing the exact same issue described above and would like to request urgent assistance.

I ported my number from Fido to Public Mobile, and the payment was completed successfully.
However, in my case:

  • Outgoing calls are working

  • Incoming calls are NOT working

  • Text messages cannot be sent or received

When I received the confirmation text message from Fido, I replied “Yes” to approve the number transfer.

I have contacted support multiple times and attempted to use the chatbot many times, but I have not yet received any response from Public Mobile.
Fido has confirmed that the issue is on Public Mobile’s side and advised me to ask Public Mobile to re-submit the port request or create a new request.

At this time, my phone is not fully functional, which is causing significant inconvenience in my daily life.

I kindly ask that you please review my number porting status urgently and re-submit the request if necessary.

It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
