Sim not delivered

It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten a sim delivered to me yet. I tried contacting support through the chat but when I clicked login and inputted the details it just went blank. Please help me out

it might take up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post...usually less. For faster ...use Amazon to buy the Public Mobile sim for about $5 with fast delivery...free delivery if you or friend has a Prime account.  When you do receive the mailed one, save it to gift a family member or friend who wants to $ave money too.

The chatbot isn't that helpful actually. And the sim card can take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail by Canada Post.

If you want one faster, can look on amazon for $4.99
