@RobinSJc   Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive . But Since it’s been over 10 business days contact support for update , also note you can pick one up from Amazon $4.99 there or from Telus / Koodo store and support may reimburse you to do so .instead of having them send out another one if it’s been los on the mail
