My account is activated but my phone doesn’t work

The support agent was finally able to complete the transfer procedure for me.  Phone is finally working.  Thanks for the help

can you make outbound calls? data work?  if nothing work, it is not a transfer problem but account setup.  Please ask PM support agent to check,  submit by direct message:

try reboot the phone.  If still not working, ask PM to help.  Since your line is not working, I don't think you can submit a Chatbot ticket, so , just message them:

@Marie33  Have you tried rebooting the phone ? Try that first and test . If you need support here’s the link for them
