I went to pay for my subscription and there is no option to pay on my app or on the internet. How do I find it lol. Please and thank you

You can call 611 or 1-855-4PUBLUC if you are making a manual payment.

If you login on the browser you should see "Payments" on the left hand side. It will tell you when your next upcoming payment is. You can click "manage subscription" to cancel your plan, or change your payment method. You can also click "Subscriptions & Add-Ons" on the left hand side to change your plan.

@Cantrese55 When you originally signed up, you would have “subscribed” to the default auto pay function which auto charges the credit card used, every 30 days to continually renew your plan. In the event that you chose to toggle this feature off and need to pay for an upcoming renewal, you can use vouchers (from instore retailers or online merchants as well. Please check online for a list of stores I your local province) . Hope this helps
