you don't say if you both have the same cellphones...what cell does he use ? Does hubby still have data and messages working ? If so could be a VoLTE issue. Here's something to read with a device checker at the end of the article.

so, your phone is working and just not your husband?
where you are at and what phone the husband is using?
did you check the My Account and is the account status active? or suspended/ on hold?
on the husband phone, try Reboot the phone and then reset network settings
if same, test your husband's sim card on your phone
last, ask PM support agent to check. Submit a ticket with CS Agent on your husband account using Chatbot here:
