Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I just signed up with Public 6 days ago.   Paid for the first month and an esim on April 12th.    Now 6 days later I'm getting messages on my portal saying that my subscription is "on hold due to the expiration of my subscription".    They're saying I have to  pay for another month.   Some of my phone calls are going through and others aren't.  My mobile data is working.  Anyone else ever have this problem?

no worries, I don't think you have to pay again, probably just some system glitch.  But we are just customers here, you need PM support agent to sort it out.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
