As the title says, all was well with my Public Mobile network on my Samsung Galaxy S21 yesterday, but today when I left my wifi network both my mobile data and network (ability to make calls and texts) both disabled and I cannot get them back on.
I tried to restart my phone, remove and reinsert the SIM, reset my mobile network settings, and purchasing an esim as my phone keeps saying there is no physical sin card registering even though it is inserted correctly and worked fine one day ago. My account is also up to date and I have data left in my plan.
Advice would be appreciated as this is now the second phone this has randomly happened to.

you shouldn't need to jump in to buy a new sim without checking with PM support
