Using 611 with vouchers is one of few things one can do without the pin.
You can buy vouchers in lots of stores like Shoppers. There are a couple online places like recharge.com.
Stores like Mobil gas stations or possibly Canadian Tire gas bar can do the real time payments. It's pretty good. You ask them, they say with who, you tell them, they ask how much, you tell them, they ask for the phone number, you tell them, pay, done.

As a workaround, if you know your 4 digit pin then you can use 611 to make a payment from your registered credit card.
Or buy a voucher and use 611 without a pin.
Or use the real time payment method in a few stores.
Then your account will reactivate and you can then verify using the SMS option.
The email address is just a login. But you may want to get it changed by support anyway. Be sure to mention changing it in two spots in the system. Sometimes they forget.
