i just ported my fido number to PM. Incoming and outgoing calls are working fine but data (either 3G/LTE) is not working. Instead of receiving a message from PM, I received a message from Koodo saying that the transfer was successful. I also tried to reset the network setting and it doesnt work. Anyone having the same problem ?
P.S. I already pm Shazia and Mary, didn't get any reply from them .

Tell us the make/model of your phone for more specific help. Since calling works it's almost certainly a phone set up.
Two mundane things to confirm:
- cellular data is turn on, and
- confirm data os included in your plan by checking your account.

i just checked the apn is isp.mb.com, i am using iphone 6

Check your APN settings.
