Hello, Ihave no internet. I reset the setting and the phone but the problem still exists.

Thanks for your answer, I created a ticket , and they reset my account settings, all good now^^

I am having the same problem and have done the same as you - resetting etc. I also checked to make sure I had data left and I have barely used any so that's not the issue. The fact that I am not the only one with this problem right now makes me more inclined to think it is not my phone.

56 GO data left, consumed just 4GO, yes i reset network settings, my phone as well, calls work perfectly, i have just prblm with the internet, and it is not working in another phone too.

your voice calls works? check if any local problem in your area

and you said you settings the settings? you meant Reset network settings?  

and check if you have data limit set on your phone, you should disable it and try again

you have data left? did you check My Account and see how much data left?

and you tried Reset network settings? you tried your sim card on another phone?
