No incoming calls for 2 weeks or texts

My phone has no been able to receive calls or receive texts from any number since I switched over to Public Mobile from Freedom Mobile, I have waited 2 weeks I am still paying for my old carrier along with the Public Mobile $120.

I have tried emailing and even private messaging mods... anyone know how to fix this problem?? Please help ASAP, I am not able to receive calls from my workplace which has gotten me in a lot of trouble.

A tip: Log into your WIND Mobile/Freedom Mobile self serve account.  Copy and paste it directly to your private message to the moderator  -- far less chance of tyyping in a wrong letter or number that way....  It should be right near the top of the page after logging in and starts with 3 letters such as "DBC".

I can receive calls, I can send texts and everything BUT I cannot receive any texts from any number on that SIM card.

Does your old sim still work, if so just keep using that until this gets solved.
