I still have data but it doesn't work. I fixed the PIN as in the website. I tried reach out the support but uselessly

Try resetting the Network Settings on your phone. It happens a lot on my previous carrier but ended resetting the network for it to work.

Yes voice calls work perfectly, I tried all these but didn't work. The problem is that it was working before and suddenly it just stopped and kept giving errors messages

do you have another phone to test the sim card??

Also, try changing the network mode, tllest them all, 5G 4G and 3G

and if it is an Android, make sure you didn't have any data limiter enabled
