Hello. When I got a new phone Umidgi F3 and put the SIM card from old one, the data doesn't work. But if I put my SIM card to my old phone , everything works. I checked settings on the phone and didn't find anything. Could you help me please?

I'm always wondering why people wouldn't come to the community to ask these kinds of questions. 6 months?!

data is usually an APN issue, and it is a very common thing with Umidigi phone. You willl likley need to manually update or create a new APN profile
But start with Reset All networks and see if it works
If not, then update the APN as follow:
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include DUN for hotspot, please note case sensitive)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D

@Polina_1208 Compare your VPN settings on both phones make sure it’s the exact same as the phone that works
