When it asks you to sign into network public mobile does that mean I used my data up?

Data is back. I paid my bill and boom back in service. No more having games use my data!!!

@Dartmango - if you have data left showing on your overview section of your self serve account, then try:
- turn your phone, remove and reinsert your SIM card, turn your phone back on
- toggle into airplane mode then back again
- perform a Reset of your Device's Network settings
Not sure if this is similar to what you are seeing, but that message appears in this site:

@Dartmango Yes, it does sound like you used up the data
Login to My Account, check the My Data & Add-on section, see if you see a line about data like the following:
if you don't see a similar line that like, your data for current cycle are all used up
