Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

For the last few days my phone is showing no service for data. I can still make phone calls but can't use my data at all. Tried restarting the phone and but didn't work.

hi @Sam5354 

did you try Reset network settings?

and check if any data limit setup on the phone, try to disable it first

if same, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
