PM does not have unlimited call & text plan with no data at the moment. The closet is the $15 plan with 100 outgoing minute + unlimited incoming minutes. Add $5 500 minutes add-on will give you 600 outgoing minutes + unlimited incoming minute for $20($18 with autopay enabled)
