@Swrschen, has it been working up until now? If you login to selfserve and there is no data listed in your addons section it means you have used up all of your data.

@Swrschen, Did anything change in the last day? Was your account set to renew today?
Did you check your your account on self service portal. Does it show you plan as expected, with data?
