I and my dad have a 15 dollar plan with autopay. So we have 250 MB of data. But on my dad's phone he turns on the data button, goes to Youtube(for example) and there it says that he has no internet. I tried to fix it but it didn't work. Can you please help me? I don't know what to do?
It shows that he used 0/250MB.

Make sure his mobile data is turned on and check his apn settings.

Has the data ever worked for your dad's phone?
If you check his self service account, do you see the 250 mb data tracker in the Data and add ons section in overview page? If you don't see the data tracker, that means that your dad ran out of data already.

Log into self service and see if he has any data left.
