Cellular works. No data.
Also had issues connecting in the morning at all even to cellular service, but that resolved.
Don't need troubleshooting help. No outages reported on Telus site.
Maybe here's where there zero customer support "feature" becomes a problem.

then just login My Acocunt, go to Payment and click Manage Subscription and the Update Payment Method to update the card

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
