No data connection.
My phone prompts me to log in to the PUBLIC MOBILE network.
It says INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. When I signed up for February 2022, I signed up with 2GB of bonus data per month. I want to solve the problem.

That message means you have used up all of your mobile data for this 30 day cycle. When is your renewal and what plan do you currently have?

@HONGJAE hi have you changed plans since feb.when you joined? if you did you would have lost your 2 gig bonus
