I’ve tried to sign in to activate my SIM cards. I’ve tried several times, but I am not getting an email from yo with the 6-digit security code.
please help asap. Phone contract ends tomorrow
‘’if I can’t get this done within the hour I’m driving to town. 45 minutes, to return SIM cards and go with my old service provider.
please help.

I'm confused. Have you activated the Sim cards? And now you are trying to sign in? Or are you trying to sign in before you have activated? That can't be done. The activation creates the account. Not the other way around.

You don’t need login to activate the SIM.
Active it here:
https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
You have to activate the SIM first then an account is created.
After the account is created then you can login.

You finished activating online and your cc was charged? If yes, put the SIM card in your phone and reboot. Did you port your number from another carrier? If yes, did you leave your old sim in your phone to receive the confirmation text to port out?

HI @DDCayen the chatbot way I laid out above is to open ticket with CS agent
If that didn't work, please message them directly and they will reply within 1-2 hours

HI @DDCayen so, you are PM customer now, right? just unable to access My Account? were you able to access My Account since the new My Account page introduced in summer?
you checked spam folder?
If you still not receive it, open ticket with PM CS agent and they can help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
