It says payment was processed but account was not set up. What do I do now?

Thanks. The website issued the error when I tried to pay and order a physical SIM card. it just gave an error message and said check in the community. Very frustrating for a new customer

HI @KES65 did you use the app to complete the activation?
esim or physical?
if physical, test the sim and see if it connects to PM nework
if esim, check your phone to see if it is installed. if not installed, check if you got a Welcome email and scan the QR code there to install
if that does not help, please submit ticket with CS agent here for help
