No account access and esim not working

I was setting up my new account/sim.  I got my old number ported over but my new esim won't work and never got qr cide email.  when I try to login to my account I get a forbidden A1 message on my phone and PC

Check the spam folder for the QR code for you to scan to complete the porting process. 
Also, the email may take a little longer so wait for the email from PM.

If it haven’t arrived then contact a CS_Agent to check on the porting.
