Hey guys,
i was with my phone this evening when suddenly I got no service. i waited a while but the service did not return. I had done all of the required troubleshooting but to no good. Lastly i checked the SIM on the account and the last 4 digits were not the last 4 digits of the SIM that I have. i am unable to change my SIM back as it seems someone has jacked my line. What can I do?

Outgoing calls impossible.
And voice mail suddenly stop

I suggest everyone to change their passwords, there has most likely been another security breach. @PoshEnigma has never participated in the forums and activated may 2020...

Dashlane and last pass, everyone needs to use them, secure password managers are a great tool to avoid this kind of hijacking, hard to guess encrypted passwords are the safest bet.

Sorry you're a victim of being simjacked. change all passwords to strong ones. Keep an eye on your financials.
Two options now.
1 - Mods have a way to get your account back on your sim card. 24/48 hour's is their standard response but usually quicker.

2- Go out and buy a SIM card. DO NOT ACTIVATE IT. Log into account and click change sim card. Green Arrow.
And you'd be back in business.

Click on the cartoon quote symbol down in the lower right and then muddle your way through the stupid chatbot SIMon to get to submit a ticket.

If you can still log in then use the Lost/stolen function to Suspend your service. Then change the password. Then change the password of the email account linked to here. Then run around to all your financial logins and make sure nothing has been taken. Then come back here and ask the moderators to re-instate your SIM to your account and then back to the Lost/stolen function and Resume your service.
