Go back into your "change SIM card" area. In there you will see a link to report Lost or Stolen. The image I attached here highlights the link with a red arrow.Lost or Stolen.jpg

Plan and Add-ons > Lost/Stolen Phone > Suspend Service

To report your phone  lost/stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab.  The choose Suspend Service tab.

I can log in to public mobile, I cannot find lost/stolen.

Please advice

@Poojagouni  as said. Immediately start securing your passwords and banks, etc. 2 days is two long for someone having access to your number.

 

If you can log into your account. Click lost / stolen mark it as stolen and immediately contact moderators.

@Poojagouni  in any case you still will have to open a ticket for moderators.

 

If last 4 digits of sim don't match. Then immediately start changing all the passwords for your bank's, emails, social media, etc, etc as someone took over your sim / number and would have access to anything attached to that number.

What does account status say? Active or suspended?

 

While in your account click change sim card. Green arrow on pic.

Now take the sim out of your phone. Does last 4 digits match?
