Do you have access to someone else's SIM card to test in your phone? That will eliminate or point to your phone as the issue.

I have switched Airplane on & off several times, also does not help.

@akoszorek

Does toggling into airplane mode and back again get you back on the network?

If your device is not listed at blacklisted on the site @Anonymous provided, then check if the last 4-digits on your SIM match the same 4 digits listed on your Self Serve account under "Change Sim Card" option.

If the numbers match - GREAT!

If the numbers DO NOT match, then someone has been fraudulent on your account. Submit a ticket to CSA to report this and list your phone into lost/stolen status.
