Not even emergency calls.
Bell Mobility correct? Not landline.
You can give Telus customer service a call as previously suggested by @will13am
You can also try restarting your phone. Perhaps PM service in your area has been restored.

If other Bell or Telus cell phones in your area aren't working, then yours won't be working either.
What does your phone say on top left of screen? Are you able to call *611?
Anyone nearby you can call to check their cell service?
The storm has caused flash flooding and fallen trees and power lines. Your nearby tower might not have power.
Btw you should keep in mind that Moderator response time is not immediate. It can take a few days. They can help if something has gone wrong with your accounts.

If multiple phones are experiencing a common issue, it is very likely a local network problem. If there is a landline handy, maybe call one of the major brands that have a call center and see if they are up and running.

None in ns either, which doesn't mean that one isn't starting now
Worth checking telus and bell websites too, if they are affected we are too.
Just to make sure all 3 lines you have with public are not all due the same day with the same credit cards. Small chances that there would be something wrong with all3 accounts at the same time but worth logging I and checking just in case
