password reset

I need to get my password reset by an admin. please help

Passwords can be reset in the my account page by clicking on the RESET PASSWORD TAB at the top of the page. Then follow instructions.

@Kalale It means you have to contact the moderators. As @popping mentioned, you can send a ticket to get a password reset by them.

Yep, I've tried the forgot password. It says "ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin"

Have you try the "forgot your password? link on the login page?

You can create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

I have done that but it asks for an admin to reset it

@Kalale When you are on the "My Account" page, you can click on "Forgot your password". An email will be sent to your Email account (sometimes it goes to the Spam).
