I have inserted Sim, registered and payed, restarted phone but am getting no service.

It seems to be a problem with a few members today but first check to see if there is an outage in your area:

when you start phone, do you see Public Mobile or Telus as the network on top?
What kinda phone you got ?

@Mirzahorza , did you get a welcome email? Are you able to login to the online account and confirm active status? On you phone, try doing a network reset and rebooting to see if network connection can be established.

can you also try the PM sim card if you have another phone?
if not or it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support:
